Planning Permission
The vast majority of conservatories can be built under permitted development which means that as long as they are built to meet a strict set of criteria, planning permission is not needed and costly building regulations do not need to be procured. Sublime Developments can discuss this in full with you and try to work your ideal scheme into this category.
As each conservatory we build is bespoke you really do have choice, how high do you want the dwarf walls? Do you want floor to ceiling glass? Do you want a clear or obscure glass? How many windows would you like to be able to open? Bi-fold or patio doors?
